Jennifer Tye, Chef and Owner of Taste Catering & Personal Culinary Services, is a graduate of L’academie de Cuisine professional culinary school.  Upon graduation, she worked for two years under famed Chef and culinary genius, Michel Richard at Citronelle in Georgetown.  During her time there, Chef Richard was named the James Beard Winner for Best Chef in the U.S.

She was an assistant Chef Instructor at L’academie de Cuisine for two years, teaching future chefs the advanced level of cooking skills for the school. 

Later, Jennifer returned to the kitchen of Michel Richard, this time at his downtown location, Central Michel Richard, the James Beard Foundation’s 2008 Best New Restaurant in the U.S.
