Mr. Dunston has worked in the estate planning and probate fields for his entire career.  He moved to Virginia in August of 1999 and after becoming a member of the Virginia Bar in 2000, he became associated with William L. Babcock, Jr. PC.  In March 2008, Mr. Dunston opened his own law firm focusing on wills, trusts and estates.  In June 2009, Mr. Dunston was invited to join RRBMDK in an “Of Counsel” capacity.  His practice continues to include the preparation and drafting of deeds, powers of attorney, advance medical directives, pre-marital and post-marital agreements, wills, revocable (living) trusts, complex irrevocable trusts, gift tax returns and estate tax returns.  Mr. Dunston also advises clients regarding estate and trust administration issues, lifetime wealth transfers, business formations and business succession planning.
